Welcome to Apex Institute of Business & Finance (APEX IBF). Please carefully review the following terms and conditions related to admission:

1. Access to Online Lectures

Students will be granted access to online pre-recorded lectures through our Learning Management System (LMS). These lectures are detailed and comprehensive, allowing students to study at their own pace. This package does not include live classes.
The LMS can be accessed on desktop and mobile devices.
Access to the LMS is restricted to one device only. Multiple device usage is not allowed, and once a device is registered at the time of admission, it cannot be changed.
Lectures are available exclusively via online streaming and cannot be downloaded. A stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps is recommended.

LMS access is strictly for a single student. If it is found that multiple users are accessing one account, admission will be canceled without any refund.
Course access is granted for a limited duration, specifically until the exam attempt selected at the time of enrollment. Once the validity period ends, access cannot be extended.
The course is tied to a specific exam attempt as agreed with the administration during admission. Any change in the attempt may lead to a revision in fees. If no attempt is specified, access will default to the nearest exam attempt. Extensions or changes to the access period are not allowed under any circumstances. After expiry, re-enrollment will require full payment.

Fees paid for one subject are non-transferable to another subject, and fees paid by one student cannot be transferred to another student.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In cases where a refund or transfer is requested, 100% of the fee will be deducted, as payments to relevant stakeholders are made immediately upon admission.
Fees will be considered utilized regardless of whether the student has viewed the lectures or not. Claims based on non-usage during the access period will not be accepted for refunds or extensions, as obligations to stakeholders remain unchanged.

Course access cannot be paused, frozen, or deferred. It is strictly valid for the agreed exam attempt or the nearest attempt at the time of admission.
Access to the course will expire once the validity period ends, irrespective of lecture attendance or usage.

Any verbal commitments or understandings will be deemed invalid. All communication must be documented in written form.
Any form of misconduct will lead to strict disciplinary measures.

Once enrolled, fees are strictly non-refundable in all cases.
Students are required to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in each subject. Failure to meet this requirement may result in cancellation of admission.
Apex IBF does not provide services related to visa applications or transfers to foreign universities.

Student data will be used solely by the institute for academic and administrative purposes, including submission to ACCA for maintaining student records.
By enrolling in ACCA programs, students consent to the institute sharing their exam details and ACCA registration numbers with ACCA for the purpose of result verification and communication. All such data handling will be carried out with strict confidentiality.
